I am a firstyear university student at McMaster University specializing in Biochemistry. The opportunity to help others improve their understanding of English, Mathematics and Science has been an interest of mine; Therefore, I am excited about a chance to be your kid's tutor. I am confident that my strong academic background in English, Mathematics and Science will allow me to excel as a tutor. I scored a 3.9 (11.8/12.0) GPA and was awarded two honour rolls in biology in my first year, showcasing my capability as a diligent and dedicated individual. I am also a patient and caring person committed to teaching until my students understand. I would be able to teach all subjects for K1 P6 students, preferably English and Mathematics. In addition, I would be able to teach English, Mathematics, and Integrated Science to S1 S3 students. All subjects mentioned can be taught in English (IELTS:7.5) or Cantonese. I am available Tuesday and Thursday all day, Monday, Wednesday, and Friday anytime before 2 pm and after 6 pm. I was a member of the peer guidance society/mentor when I was studying in Hong Kong as a Secondary 4 student. I organized and conducted events for incoming Secondary 1 students at my secondary school. I helped the students to adapt to secondary school life more smoothly. Furthermore, I occasionally offered homework help for the students who were in need at school and in a church.
